Know when a tariff change touches your HS codes
Give us the codes you already use. When a customs notice in India, the UAE or Saudi Arabia changes a rate or a code you trade, you get one plain message with the official notice and the date it takes effect.
What we watch
| Source | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| India customs notifications | Duty changes arrive as notices, about 3–4 a month, with a spike every Budget day (1 February). |
| UAE 12-digit tariff roll-out | Phase 3 covers all mainland imports from August 2026 to January 2027; Phase 4 starts February 2027. |
| Saudi tariff decisions | ZATCA board decisions can take effect with no notice period, as on 27 November 2025. |
| India–UAE CEPA tariff cuts | Preferential rates fall in yearly tranches; we tell you before each cut on your codes. |
| HS 2028 | 428 subheadings added and 172 deleted; takes effect 1 January 2028. National code changes follow during 2027. |
How an alert reads

Example format only. We never choose or change a classification for you; when a code is split or renumbered, we show the official candidate codes and you decide with your broker.
